Make a Plan to Vote Early Now and Help Plan for the October 17th No Kings Rally with Indivisible North Quabbin
The Indivisible No. Quabbin Steering Committee needs your help to plan an October 17th Vote Early Rally and get people out to vote early in every North Quabbin town and across the state. Then you can do other work on Election Day (Nov. 3) such being a poll monitor, helping give people rides to the polls or working as a poll worker. All voters in both Blue and Red states can help make voter turn out set records. Let's do this to save democracy and help build a country where everyone counts and where the right to food, health care, affordability for basic needs, access to education and justice are for all people.
What you can do now.
- Check your voter registration to make sure you are registered and an active voter. Go to https://www.sec.state.ma.us/voterregistrationsearch/ to make sure you are listed as active.
- Make a plan to vote early in your town. Find out when you can do early voting in your town between Oct. 17-30th. For example, there will be early voting in Orange on Sat, Oct. 17th from 8-2 at the Orange Town Hall.
- Go with friends and neighbors to the polls. Join with 3 people to vote or make it a march to the polls.
- Sign up at https://mobilize.us/s/oOdirO to join the Oct. 17th event with Indivisible North Quabbin.
Join us on Saturday, Sept. 19th at 9 or 9:30 to help plan a rally for Saturday, October 17th at Memorial Park and to organize people to vote early.
This planning meeting will be at the 1st Universalist Church at 31 No. Main St. We will do planning for Oct. 17th and work together to figure out what needs to be done such as publicity, music, peacekeeping, and signs, etc. Come with your ideas to organize people to vote early and recruit others to vote. Across the country we need to get massive voter turn-out to save democracy. Send ideas and questions about planning for Oct. 17th to indivisiblenorthquabbin@gmail.com. All are invited to the planning meeting on Sept. 19th.
