They have studied likely scenarios for the four key election stages: Election Day; counting; certifying; and swearing-in. A staged response will be triggered by subversion or interference at these key stages in the days and weeks following November 3, and will escalate depending  on the trigger.  In the next few days, look for a separate email from INQ asking if you are interested in signing up for an optional Signal group so that we can get in touch with you immediately if the national Indivisible and No Kings call for mass mobilization. The event was organized by Indivisible North Quabbin.
